MicMac software is a unified solution, created with photogrammetry and image processing tools, which can be used to fix many 3D reconstructions problems. MicMac is an open-source solution with a Cecill-B licence, more specific for professionnal or academic purposes but there is constant efforts to tends it more reachable and open to everyone.

MicMac strengths is valued with his many settings and patterns availables. It can be used in various fields : cartography, environment, industry, forestry, patrimony, archeology,...

MicMac allows to do a 3d modelization of the photography scene but also to extract orthoimagery from these inputs.

The software is suitable to every type of object from any size from land shoot (small object, statue, church, castle,...) or aerial photos (buildings, city, area,...).
